Renovation of a beautiful 150 m2 apartment perched at the top of Mont Boron in Nice, overlooking the Mediterranean and the Baie des Anges.

The objective of this renovation: to revive this holiday apartment that has been dormant since the 1970s, to transform it into a dynamic and functional main residence.

The large family kitchen and the more intimate living room are structured by two large arches where masonry niches are housed.

The interior fittings have been designed and made to measure for the apartment.
Natural materials were honoured: oak, traditional zelliges, natural stones, textiles made from vegetable fibres, etc.

A nice collaboration that combines the curves of Maison Athilie and the ethnic decoration inspired by the travels of our customers.
